Curiocity Content Series


As one of Canada’s leading digital lifestyle and culture publications, Curiocity’s content verticals capture everything from news that informs with a smile, to travel inspiration or food and drink recommendations. I helped them develop five unique visual identities for each vertical.

This project posed a unique challenge. Each logo needed to be fully legible despite its background image, and could not rely on colour or many supporting elements to convey the look and feel of the content. The results are a set of clean wordmarks that tell the content story through typographic styling.

Through the development of these content verticals, Curiocity is able to create another level of consistency and familiarity with its audience of over 3 million (and growing).
